What this data proves — and what it doesn't
This directory is built from official E.212 network-code assignee data. A network-code assignment identifies who holds a Mobile Network Code — it does not by itself prove a current consumer offer, an MNO/MVNO role, or an active retail brand. Where a provider’s commercial role is unresolved, the page says so plainly. Read the methodology →
