Methodology

eSIMGlobo is built from official ITU E.212 network-code assignment records. E.212 defines the Mobile Country Code (MCC) and Mobile Network Code (MNC) system that identifies networks worldwide.

What a network-code assignment proves

An E.212 assignment tells us that an entity holds a Mobile Network Code in a given country or scope. It is authoritative on identity and code ownership. It does not by itself prove that the holder is an active consumer operator, an MNO, an MVNO, a retail brand, or an eSIM seller.

Publication tiers

• Tier 0 — Registry baseline: generated from the CSV only, clearly labelled, searchable internally, and set to noindex until enriched. Almost every record starts here.
• Tier 1 — Identity verified: current/historical status, role or explicit unresolved-role explanation, an official source, and at least two authoritative references.
• Tier 2 — Enriched and Tier 3 — Gold: meaningful sourced service, network, contact and policy detail.

Unknown is a real state

Where we do not have evidence, pages say "not yet verified" or "not yet researched". We never convert missing information into a "No", and we never invent plans, contacts, codes, or classifications. See the data policy.
